Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the item ordered.

Some items may be marked as "Special Order" or "Non-Stocked" – these are ordered specifically on your behalf and may have longer lead times.

Estimated delivery time for non-stocked items will be confirmed via email once your order is placed.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please review our return terms below.

Standard Stocked Items

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued upon inspection of returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Stocked / Special Order Items

  • Non-stocked or special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • These items are ordered specifically for you and may not be returnable depending on the supplier’s terms.

  • If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
